Willick Design is a family-owned design studio based in Mansfield, in the heart of Victoria's High Country.

Led by husband-and-wife team Ben and Ashlee, we bring together residential building design and interiors to create thoughtful, practical spaces that respond to their surroundings and the people who use them.

Ben is an experienced Building Designer with over 20 years in residential and commercial design. Born and raised in the High Country, he brings a strong understanding of the local landscape, building industry and long-standing relationships with local trades and consultants.

Ashlee is a qualified Interior Designer with 20 years of industry experience, specialising in fixtures, fittings, materials and detailed interior selections. From custom joinery and finishes to furniture sourcing and furnishings, Ashlee offers a personalised approach, supported by an in-studio showroom with an extensive range of samples.

Together with our small, dedicated local team, we offer a collaborative and down-to-earth approach, guiding projects from initial concepts through to the finer details that make a space feel like home.
